Paying for Uverse internet, but not receiving it!
Hi,
I attempted to "upgrade" to AT&T U-verse from my AT&T DSL internet service last month. However, AT&T has never been able to activate my U-verse internet, but I am still being billed for both! After talking to "customer service" multiple times about getting my U-verse internet activated, it is still not working!
Is there a way to get through to AT&T to resolve this issue!? I don't care if the only option is to cancel both services, but I am NOT paying for two internet packages for my apartment, especially when I am not receiving one, and the other is very slow and unreliable!

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team. One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly. Please look for the flashing envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.
Let them look into why your service was not installed.

Thank you, I'm sure that will be extremely helpful, given my wonderful success with AT&T customer service in the past.

This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done and gone above and beyond for me. I use ATT Customer Care and Uverse Care as 1st line help generally not the phone.

Alright, I've been waiting a few days now, with no reply, after waiting almost a month for AT&T to fix this issue! Has anyone had any luck in getting through to AT&T to address a similar issue? I would just cancel my services and go with TWC (the only other ISP in my area), but when I uprgraded to U-verse there was a one-year commitment, plus I've already paid for the first month of service, and never received it!

I can't post the link here but google AT&T Corporate Governance, and then look on the lower right of the page and you will see an option to contact an executive customer care contact a.k.a. Sr. Vice President of Customer Experence.

Don't hold your breath waiting for the "ATTU-verseCare" to respond to a private message. When I messaged them over a week ago and haven't heard anything back. AT&T is good at excuses online and on the phone. If they didn't have quality field people, they wouldn't have any customers due to poor customer service and customer service people that are not truthful.

Wait a minute, what customer service?
I think it's more "Customer Disservice"
