Paid my bill, still have no internet service 2 days later.

The bill for my internet service has been paid, yet I still do not have access to the internet. Whats up? This is unacceptable.

When service has been down for an extended period of time, it's a good idea to reboot the gateway to re-establish a connection. Unplug the power connection behind the gateway for about 15 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for the Broadband light to turn green.

 

You can also try a factory reset by locating the small red button and pinhole on the lower rear of the gateway and depressing for about 15 seconds. This will return all gateway settings to a default state. Any custom Wi-Fi passwords, Wi-Fi names, SSID, Static IP, and Port Forwarding rules will be lost.

 

We also suggest checking for an outage to determine if that's why you don't have service at the moment.

Ive tried unplugging and resetting it multiple times over the weekend, nothing works. There is no outage.

Let me be clear the internet went out because the auto-pay for the bill was declined, but the problem was fixed right away and the bill was paid for on Friday. On Sunday I still do not have my internet service turned back on.

This error message appears when trying to sign into the Wi-Fi connection with my phone, no other device in my house can connect either. This started happening after the bill didn't go through.

I'm having the same problem I paid last night actually  twice on accident and still don't have any internet.. there is $115 credit to my account and still have no internet. Can we figure this out please.
