Outage in Shreveport going more than 24 hours
Internet went out early morning 9/23. Initial fix was supposed to be 4-5 hours then 24 hours. It has now been over 30 hours and no fix or update. The last time my internet went out it took a full week because some technician didn't connect the cables correctly. I just need transparency and a clear estimation of when this will be fixed as I work from home.
Previous internet providers fixed outages in 1-2 hours. Why does AT&T take so long?
