Out 24 days and counting.....
My DSL has been out since the 16th of January. Several estimates of repair dates passed, and today yet another added 5 days, the 14th, before it supposedly is fixed! What I find funny is my internet went out at exactly midnight. Also I talked to 2 employees on the same day who gave differing repair days. In my opinion, if the idea is to keep moving the dates so we cancel service, just tell the truth and stop causing us to lose more time and money. I'm having to continue paying streaming channel fees I can't use and buying data just to check emails on my phone. Don't even get me started about trying to go from paying all my bills online, to now having to find addresses since I can't access my pc.
This is the worst service I've ever experienced.
