Online Gaming/GTA Online/PS3

Ever since March 1st, I haven't been able to connect to Grand Theft Auto Online at all, I keep getting the timed out location error.  I've contacted R* customer support about it and they told me it's something to do with my connection and NAT settings.  I know I have NAT type 2, but it's not open enough.  Which is weird to me because I've never had an issue with this before, I was always able to connect to their server and all of a sudden it just stopped.  I'm just wondering if somebody could assist me on creating a new port that will allow it to connect properly? I've been watching youtube videos about it and it's so hard to find someone else using AT&T U-Verse, I don't remember the model number of our router/modem but I know it's the Arris.  Everything else in our house that's connected to the Wi-fi works perfectly fine, it's just GTA online doesn't want to connect for some reason, I even tried my other game that allows multiplayer and it loads perfectly.  Interesting how some games work and one specific one doesn't.  Thank you in advance!
