Offshore customer support
I usually don't put comments in forums or make my thoughts public, but after Friday's (9/4/2015), I'm very dissatisfied with ATT offshore customer service. They are unsympathetic, they don't understand my problem, they have no idea that a $10 compensation is not something to boast about. I spent more than 4 hours of my personal time calling and trouble shooting why my internet/TV was down and all I was told was that it will be back up within 24 hours. The problem was not resolved within 24 hours.
ATT "advance tech support" (offshore) were very condescending and confrontational.
All these issuse came after I renewed my service. Talk about a bad decision...
