No Internet, Secured. How do I fix this?

My internet was working perfectly last night, but as of this morning neither my phone or laptop will connect to the internet. It will say that I'm connected and secured, but there's no Internet access.

I've tried everything from restarting my computer and phone, forgetting the password, resetting the modum several times, and nothing works. When all the lights boot up, occasionally they all turn on. But then Broadband 1 blinks red and all the lights disappear and start up again.
