Report it to ATT Customer Care, click the ATT Customer Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your Fox News streaming problems Uverse online situation.

Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉

I can't get Fox News Go to work. I log in with my ATT / U-verse log in and password. It takes me back to the Fox News page with a black video screen. I get the waiting for page to load symbol and then nothing. It remains a black screen. I called customer service but was told it was a Fox News problem. Any ideas on how to fix this.

I have windows 7, 64 bit OS. I updated Firefox, removed add blocker, updated Java and Flash player.

I'm just wondering, do you have any other devices you can test with, see if it works though another device and, if possible, though another network connection?
