Netflix being blocked

AT&T uverse DSL, no tv service.

 

Have tried multiple browsers and devices.  Netflix website, mobile app, netflix speed test...all the same outcome.  But I tried on the phone turning off WiFi and turning Data on...every connection to Netflix works through Verizon mobile.

Yes. This is because ATT is horrible. They block access to live tv streaming so you will be forced to buy their terrible dish product Direct TV.
