Myatt app isn't staying up-to-date on data usage

The myatt app does not work like it's supposed to. I use it to not only pay my bill, but more importantly it use to let me keep track of my fixed wireless data usage. Near the end of june it stopped tracking it. Started working for maybe a week an now isn't tracking it anymore. Went over last bill and for all i know may go over again. What is up with this?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application on your device? Have you tried accessing myAT&T online to track usage? Do you get the same outcome?

My att app has stopped updating my data usage. It stopped on May 9th, it's now May 25, 2024.

My email is [email scrubbed]  2nd is [email scrubbed] 

 I have cleared cache & deleted app 3 different times.

Chatted with vertual assistant , live assistant got no fix.

Sent messages in My Play Store

got no fix. 

Also post messages in this site.
