My wifi network name is not showing on the list of available networks
My Wi-Fi network name is not showing on the list of available networks however, my neighbors' networks do show up. I have shut down modem (BGW 210-700), updated network, and uninstalled/reinstalled network Wi Fi adapter. I have exhausted all of the fixes listed online and My Wi-Fi network name is still not showing on the list of available networks. Should I purchase an external Wi Fi adapter? Please help.

Let's get your devices connected to your network, @chiuita27!
You may want to try connecting a device directly to your gateway with an ethernet cable. This will let us know if it's a WiFi problem, or if it's the gateway itself.
You could also try a factory reset of your gateway. This will revert it back to default settings (this will get rid of any custom settings) and potentially clear up anything preventing the network from showing up.
Heads up: Be sure to jot down your custom settings, like your static IP address if you have one, or your Wi-Fi® network name (SSID). You can then change them back after the factory reset.
If you're still not able to connect after this, please let us know if you're able to see the network with other devices. This will help us narrow down where the problem lies.
