My website is blocked as well
Hi,
AT&T Uverse internet and wireless are both blocking my website hosted on 1freehosting.com.
Anyone having the same experience?
I spent hours on LiveChat with them that gets me nowhere—the usual reboot, reset, plug out routine. That is even when I mentioned my website loads if use the same equpiment and is connected to a Comcast or Verizon network.
It seems like I cannot get to some subdomains of 1freehosting.com, like cpanel.1freehosting.com. That's also where I login to their site.
thanks
Matt

Try changing your DNS to Google's and see if that helps. Here are the instructions: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

Thanks for the suggestion.
Unfortunately it is not a DNS problem, I can resolve the hostname correctly. If I viewed the site via a web proxy, it will work.
AT&T is unwiling to acknowledge and fix the problem. I have been given the go around from support to ConnecTech to sales. It's too frustrating.
Thanks
Matt

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team. One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly. Please look for the flashing envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.
See if one of the guys can look into it for you.

Thanks for the follow up.
The IP address is 93.188.160.57. According to the article you referenced, sites that are blocked have IP addresses like 172.*. So going by that, it doesn't look like it.
I have raised it with 1freehosting but have not received a reply, so I am unable to follow up with the instructions you provided yet.
thanks
Matt

I have the same problem, except on AT&T wireless. My site is hosted at 1freehosting and is just inaccessible from my phone on 4G. What exactly is the issue?

It's all of AT&T as far as I have experienced, wireless or home internet.
There is nothing we can do about it unfortunately. I have already tried getting 1freehosting to deal with AT&T, and AT&T to unblock traffic to 1freehosting.
Both sides are not talking, so we the end-users lose out.

That's pretty much what I figured. I've been on 1free since last September and it's never worked, so I'm guessing it never will.
I was previously on 000webhost, and that IS accessible from AT&T, at least the last time I tried. They were having weird php issues, so I moved. I might move back though. 1free is good in some respects, but very bad in others. What's been your experience?
