In my Sienna, I have paid for a year of internet service with AT&T for my van to have a mobile hotspot. When I go to settings, then Wifi, then touch to turn it on Wifi Hotspot it will not connect.  It will try to connect but then say “Internet connection is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.”

I called customer service. She tried to help me but ended up putting in a ticket for a technician to call. It’s been over 14 days and no one has called. 

Do you know anything I can do to try to get this to work??
