My connection drops more than 3 times for 30-60 seconds within the hour.
Exactly as the title says, I keep losing internet (and cabel/tv) for 30 to 60 seconds. The problem occurs multiple times every hour and there's no way to prevent it.
Being how my service is set up, this also makes all our televisions unable to access channels during this time and it's very frustrating to work like this.
Things to note:
Time since last router changed/replaced: Within 3 months
Started to occure near the of last week. Have seen no signs of it easing off since.
Tried resetting IP, Broadband, and System.
I can post error log if needed.

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service connection drops problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.
This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.

Im having the exact same problem and it just started maye a little more than a week ago, its getting to be really annoying as I cant really do anything now
