My Client's website is being marked as malware and blocked

I'm having an issue that I'm seeing listed in several other tickets on this forum. My client is a large, reputable e-comm site. We just changed their URL to better match their branding and now AT&T customers are getting a message the the site has malware and is being blocked.

Please let me know what the solution is to get our site whitelisted.

This has come up a lot recently and posting here and usually results in ATTHelp giving out wrong information and not much else in the way of help.  They seem to have issues recognizing that website blocks have nothing to do with email blocks.

Some of us ACEs have referred people to the AT&T Business forums.  They seem to actually understand the distinction and will address problem.
