More than one month later, AT&T has not filled these holes

Please refer to the attached pictures.

I called more than a week ago regarding two large holes left by AT&T at the entrance to the Cypress Mill neighborhood at Skinnder Rd and Emerald Orchard Ln (Cypress,TX 77429). These holes have remained open for more than one month now and present a significant safety risk to our community. Children have been observed playing around them. This is unacceptable.

After my initial call to the Buried Wire Center, I was advised I could reach out to the area manager directly after 48 hours to receive an update. I have received no response from my voicemail. I have attached photos of the holes to emphasize how dangerous they are. They are filling with water and the ground is starting to cave in around them. The plastic netting barricades are falling over and do nothing to prevent somebody from falling in.

Please have your contractor come out and complete this work before an accident occurs and AT&T is found liable.

Thank you, IMG_1408.JPG IMG_1409.JPG IMG_1410.JPG IMG_1411.JPG IMG_1412.JPG IMG_1413.JPG
