Low noise margin and many corrected blocks on DSL line

I have ATT internet 100 at home and recently the internet has become unstable: sometimes connection can becomes really slow and we experience video freeze in streaming or video conference, but it can resume within few minutes. I noticed the DSL line 2 seems to have some problem but line 1 seems pretty fine. The noise margin of line 2 can drop to < 10 dB, but when internet is working fine it stays at around 15 dB. Also the corrected blocks counter is very high.

I've captured some stats collected during the issue below. Please advice how to get this issue fixed.

Your need to call 800.288.2020 to schedule a service appointment....

Intermittent service on line 2 could be a loose connection either inside or outside the residence or a flaky port requiring port swap.

A tech would have proper equipment to check the lines and multiple tests including history of account over period of time.
