LAG ISSUES WHILE GAMING

ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING INTERNET LAG ISSUES WHILE GAMING??

I HAVE FIBER 300 MPS CONNECTION BUT LAG MAKING GAMING VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE! PING JUMPS TO > 2 SEC!!

We are here to help with your Internet speed trouble. Are you directly connected via Ethernet or using Wi-Fi? Are you having any NAT type trouble with game application?

 

You can use our troubleshoot & resolve tool to diagnose most issues.

I am using WiFi, but local AT&T techs have checked it out, it is working fine. The Game developers analyzed the issue and determined that there were issues in the transmission path between my computer and their server. I have copies of their analysis that I could send to a network specialist, but AT&T tech support has not given me any way to send them to them to view.

Did you recently start having this issue? Are you experiencing any other issues with your internet? Have you tried using the smart home manager to troubleshoot your internet?
