Issues connecting to wifi never had issues before

Have your changed your SSID or WiFi name from the original name that is on the sticker on your router itself?

1. You can find your network name and password on your Wi-Fi gateway itself or on the gateway settings screen.
2. The label on your gateway is the quickest way to get your network info.
3. If you changed your Wi-Fi name and password from the default info on the label, use the gateway settings screen.

You’ll find a sticker with the original Wi-Fi settings on the side of your gateway.

• The Wi-Fi name is the name printed by SSID.
• The Wi-Fi password is the 12-digit number labeled Wireless Network Key.

Let's try to reset your WiFi gateway settings back to the original settings.

Heads up: Be sure to make note of any custom settings, like your static IP address if you have one, or your Wi-Fi network name (SSID). You can then reapply them after the factory reset.

1. Press and hold the Reset button on the gateway for at least 10 seconds. If you let go before 10 seconds, the gateway will reboot, but it won’t reset.
2. Wait until the gateway restarts and all the status lights are lit. 
3. See if the Broadband or Service status lights are solid green. If so, the reset succeeded.
