iOS Download times out
I ama Uverse internet customer. I have been having trouble updating iOS 10.2 on my iPhone 6S using iTunes. I keep getting an error "the internet connection timed out after maybe a third of the 2.3GB download has occurred. Tried midlle of the night ... no help, same result. Has some kind of data limit been applied?

You're better served if you update your iPhone directly rather than going through iTunes. Connect your iPhone to WiFi to do this.
iTunes servers can be overwhelmed at times causing the symptoms you describe. Unless you have other internet issues, I suspect this is the case. You may want to try prior to 1pm or after 11pm when iTunes traffic is less.
