Let's help get your answers @Pamursing and see what we can do to resolve them.

  1. The best way to check for outages is by using the outage report page. You can either log in for account-specific outages or search by zip code.
  2. If there is not an outage that is impacting you, was there anything that changed in your home, around your router, or recently added into your network that could be contributing to this issue?
  3. What is the color of the lights on your router? This could indicate a problem and you may need to follow these steps for troubleshooting.
