Internet stuttering

I’m home doing telemedicine during a covid quarantine. Today has been awful with interruptions in video and audio, slow connection for charting and prescriptions and related problems. 
I found I could turn off Wi-Fi on my iPhone and videochate much more reliably with 5G

ive tried to get to customer support with no success.

There are a few things that can cause your internet to be slow or have interference. Is your iPhone the only device connected? If not are your other devices able to connect via Ethernet cable? When connected via Ethernet, do you get the same result? If this is only happening on Wi-Fi we recommend the following articles - Optimize your Connection and Minimize Wireless Interference.

 

We also recommend you try is our troubleshoot &Resolve tool. Remember to log in with your AT&T user id and password for best results.
