Internet speeds are INCREDIBLY slow
So i dont have the fastest internet by any means, but the service my dad has is up to 25 down, yet my ethernet connected pc averages below 10 or around 10. I so rarely see the 20 down speeds that i dont even believe that it exists anymore. We have a newer modem, the same one my grandparents have and they get up to 100 down. Is there anything i can do to fix this or should i just try and get my dad to do something about it because i cant even watch twitch on 1080p anymore.

What sort of troubleshooting have you attempted so far regarding this? Do you happen to know how many devices you currently have active on your modem?
You may want to look into ways to optimize your internet speed, as the placement of a modem and even resetting it every now and then can help keep your speeds high.
