Internet outage
My Internet has been down for 3 days now and all they keep saying is they are working on it. Is anyone else having this problem? They say it's an entire area across New Orleans but I can't tell if it is or if they just telling me that to shut me up.
Can someone let me know if they have been having this problem too?!?!?

The reason this is happening is because there's probably an outage in your area, which is why they say "it's an entire area across New Orleans".
