The service outage page has been saying that it is expected to be restored in 24 hrs; it has been 5 days with no further explanation. I have called in everyday; service representatives are unable to provide further information. By the way, the same page is telling me the closest "ATT Hotspot is in Alabama" - I live in Tennessee...
