Internet not working

my wifi says it’s connected but like nothing is loading, the recently came to fix it but they didn’t do anything it’s just as how it started I tried unplugging the router and nothing, I tried to restart it and nothing.

We can help with that browsing issue, @Alexaaviles.

 

If you can connect to WiFi but are unable to browse, it likely means your router is not connected to our network. We’d recommend following the steps in this guide. You’ve already restarted your browser, so you’re one step ahead! You may also need to factory reset your router.

 

If the steps in that article don’t fix the problem, try using our Troubleshoot and Resolve app. It may be able to detect the specific issue with the router, and would get you to a resolution.
