internet connection

Hello, again.

We can't watch you tube, amazon prime, something like that at my house although we can watch TV and we can use WiFi connection.

I also had this situation before, ant at that time, AT&T reset my internet connection or something, and as a result we could watch them.

Could you please again cope with this issue?

Let's get you back to watching those apps, @nniinomi!

 

 

  • Is this just happening on your TV?
  • Have you tried using a different device?

 

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, also restarting your TV.

 

 

We recommend you to reboot your modem to refresh your Wi-Fi signal:

 

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or modem. If you have:
    • An internal battery backup, remove it.
    • DSL service, also unplug your telephone cord from your modem or gateway.
  2. Wait 20 seconds.
  3. Put the internal battery back in, if applicable.
  4. Plug the power cord back in. If you have DSL service, reconnect the telephone cord too.
  5. Wait up to 10 minutes for the gateway or modem to reboot and your Broadband light to blink green.

This is just happening on my TV and I can use I-pad through this Wi-Fi connection.

  • When trying to watch YouTube and Amazon Prime, are you receiving an error?

Since this is just happening on your TV, make sure the software is updated as well as any other important updates.

Good morning, Jasmine-san,

I tried yesterday, but I couldn't.

When I try to watch you tube and Amazon Prime, I don't have receive any error message. I can select program, but it doesn't start at all. When scrolling program, usually I can hear scroll sound, but currently I can't hear it when scrolling.

The last time I had same situation, I also couldn't hear scroll sound.

I think WiFi is no issue, but I can't know how to cope with it.....

After I restart TV and update software, we can watch you tube, amazon prime again.
