Internet connection lost when using Pulse Secure

I am currently working from home and have to use Pulse Secure to connect to my work network. Each time I start and connect with pulse secure my internet connection is lost/dropped. 

I have already attempted to port forwarding pulse secure but doesn't seem to have done anything. 

I know it is not a technical issue with my laptop or pulse secure because they can connect through my phone hotspot.
