import Outlook Express email contracts to Yahoo

Question

Can anyone help me with importing my Outlook Express 6 email addresses to the Yahoo web mail contracts folder. I am still in XP Pro and trying to save my contract list before changing the OS.

I have tried the 'import' in the contracts page in Yahoo and it did not work.

I had this artickle from Microsoft already, but it is very complicated as all my mail comes in together, the the 5 email address are not seperated in the folders section only in the Accounts section. There is nothing here about how to actually get all the addresses into the AT&T U Verse address books. All the addresses could go into all my accounts at AT&T U Verse together.
