I think my upload speed is low.

I have around 18Mbps download and my upload is about 1.9Mbps. I think that my upload should be higher than 1.9. I would please like to know if my upload should be higher.

On my 12/1.5 M VDSL internet I consistently get 15.35/2.00, actually the second bump up in speed. 😉

Pro is 3/1, Elite is 6/1, Max is 12/1.5, Max Plus is 18/1.5 and Max Turbo is 24/3.
Here is what I get.
Pro is 3/1, Elite is 6/1, Max is 12/1.80, Max Plus is 18/1.95, and Max Turbo is 24/5.
I was using http://speedtest.net for the results above.

The first line are the advertised, i.e. standard rates.

Last year, U-verse allowed HSI customers, on connections that had the excess capacity, the ability to slightly exceed the standard bandwidths.  You have measured that.  (I have too).  The OP is getting some benefit from that as well.

I just did a speed test. I have 24MB with turbo.  I tested 29.56 download and 4.89 upload. So i guess that is good
