Hello @scintron99, we are happy to help prevent outside users from accessing your BGW210 Wi-Fi gateway by hiding or disabling your network name (SSID).
On our support article you will learn how to disabled your Wi-Fi Network Name (SSID), your name will no longer appear in the Available Wireless Networks screens.
Let us know how this works out for you.

First, you ought to open your browser and you ought to write the information science address, 192.168.1.254.
If this address leads you to a blank screen, attempt typing.
In step 2, the default user name and positive identification for your router’s interface ar typically ‘user name’ and ‘password’. These addresses ar wont to offer first-time access to the interface during a untroubled and untroubled manner. However, some router makers, like D-Link, don't merely give you this address.
In the third step, it's time to switch the default user name and default positive identification together with your custom user name. This step is very important to confirm the protection of your network. after you access the router’s admin panel, you'll be able to do no matter you wish and alter the advanced settings as desired. 192.168.l.254
