How to download all att email in email acct before you lose access to it

I cancelled my att internet, but I'm  still within the 90 day grace period to access and use my att email acct. Is there any way to download all the contents of that email acct to my computer?

Hey, @kcamus. We'd be glad to help with your email inquiry.

Assuming your account was in good standing after canceling it, you shouldn't lose access to the email at all. You would lose some features originally associated with the email service after canceling, yeah, but it wouldn't prevent you from accessing it. For more information on this topic, we'd highly recommend checking out our article on Keeping an AT&T Email Account after Canceling.

Hi, @kcamus

We apologize for any confusion. After cancelling you do lose some features such as creating and maintaining sub-accounts and resetting the password on att.com but your email (as long as your account was in good standing and you didn't break the contract), will still be available.

Hope this clears things up!
