How to change NAT settings 2019?
Trying to figure out how to change the NAT settings so that my family and I can play online games. From what I understand I need to set up port forwarding however the instructions on how to do this seem to be outdated? I am using this post for reference:
https://www.att.com/esupport/article.html#!/u-verse-high-speed-internet/KM1123072?gsi=c2nqS1Gv
I have accessed my gateway settings, however under the "firewall" tab there is no "applications, pinholes, and DMZ" menu.
Please help. I have had a very frustrating few days of dropped matches and being unable to speak to my teammates...

Hi There @Palafox111
We understand that you are not able to enjoy your gaming experience. We can help you get back into the action.
The link that you have provided is the correct link to use to do the port forwarding, but since it did not work for you, let's start out by asking some probing questions about your gaming system and how it is connected to the internet.
Can you please give us the name of your gaming system?
How is it connected to the internet? Wired(via ethernet) or WiFi?

Yes that is our router and yes I do believe we have the fixed wireless service with a ~200GB cap combined with DirecTV satellite (I don't know if that has anything to do with it.) So you're telling me there's nothing we can do? Very disappointing that I not only have to deal with a data cap (we went over in less than 2 weeks), but I also can not play online. Never had these problems with Charter... Sadly ATT is the only ISP in my area for now (We're in a rural-ish area).

Hi @Palafox111!
Thanks @my thoughts for your correct answer. There is no way to change setting with a Fixed Wireless Internet.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you need anything else!

I am having issues getting my NAT to say open for the new Modern Warfare game on Xbox One. What do I need to do to correct this issue?
