How do I view current U-verse internet data usage?

Hi, I'm relatively new to U-verse and I was wondering how I can see my most up-to-date internet data usage?  Apologies if this is already out here somewhere - I looked for a few minutes and all I could find was how to locate your *wireless* data usage.

Thanks for your help!

@Athamc  Click the link in my post right above yours and see the breakdowns I did for the 300/600 G new caps.  Then use the estimator link at the bottom to see what you're using now and if you'll go over. 😉

[Edited to comply with Guidelines]. AT&T can show your data usage on their cell phones and provides that information to you on your monthly statements. But todate, they have never printed that information on the internet billings. Allowing them to possible defraud customers.

AT&T for some reason cannot send e-mails to us and our account log in has not worked in years. And anytime I try to fix it the AT& T site refuses to allow me a set up an account. In contacting their customer service line is a waste, as their customer service people don't understand English, because they are outsource in foreign countries. So we will not know if we are going over the useage until we recieve our billing.

AT&T must be too big of a company.  If I called 50 times in the same day and asked the AT&T person who answers the same question, I would get a different answer every single time.  This happended to me recently, but I only talked to about 15 people, maybe a few more.  I swear to God, every time I called they gave me a different answer.  They also transfered me 15-20 times.  I finally told a representative that I decided to simply cancel my service because I am not happy and honest to God, the person in whatever department is supposed to handle cancellations informed me that their computers are down and I cannot discontinue service until they come back up.   WOW - WHY DON'T THEY JUST LEAVE THEIR COMPUTERS DOWN?  THEY COULD NEVER LOSE ANY CUSTOMERS -- EVEN IF THEY DON'T WANT AT&T ANYMORE.  What a racket.

I recently cancelled my Uverse TV but retained Uverse Internet, which means I am now subject to the 1TB data cap. I've been monitoring the data usage page over the past several days, and have noticed an unsettling trend.  For some reason, data is registering on the next day.  For instance, I just checked it at 6pm PST, 01/07/17, and I already have over 2 GBs of data posted on 1/08/17.  I could understand it if AT&T was running on EST, but that's only 3 hours difference, and this is a full 6 hour differential.  Since I can now be charged for data overages, it's very troubling to see this sort of activity.  How can I trust AT&T's assessment of how much data I am using?
