How can I get faster internet (fiber) at my new residence?

I am looking to move to a new home but AT&T currently only offers 50mbps internet to the address at Zip code: 91406. I currently live in another location with Fiber 1000mbps and really don't want to give that up. Wondering if AT&T will be adding fiber to my area soon or if I'm sorry out of luck.
