Hotspot problem

Data is working fine my Lg v20, i used 3 months this mobile to connect my laptop through hotspot, but now when i open hotspot the other connected device shows limited or says no internet, please solve this issue

We can definitely help you with your hotspot, @zakir308.

Do you have a wireless or prepaid plan?

We recommend restarting your V20, and try to connect your laptop again. If your problem continues, next try resetting your network settings by:

  1. Select the Settings icon and enter network settings in the search field.
  2. Select Reset network settings or similar option (e.g., Network setting reset).
  3. Enter your Password/Passcode and select Reset Setting.

If the problem continues try checking your plan to ensure you have hotspot data left. You can sign into att.com to double check. We've included links to assist.
