Hot spot not charging

Hot spot puck will blink blue, red, blue, repeat. And the screen is just the charging screen. Cannot change screen and have tried different chargers and cables.

Let's look into what could be behind your Hotspot's inability to charge. We just need to know a little more information for clarity:

  • What is the make of your device?
  • Have you tried different outlets? If you've been using only one then that wall socket may be faulty.

If your issue persists despite the steps above try resolving your experience by resetting the device while it's on. Also, you may want to remove and reinsert the battery or replace it entirely.
