Fixed wireless internet live chat

I need help and cannot waste anymore of my life lost within the phone system of ATT endless forwarding. How do I get in touch with a real person within the top secret Fixed Wireless Internet division (unknown to the rest of the ATT family)? I can't even reach them through the listed numbers as they all funnel into the automated system and no one knows what Fixed Wireless Internet even is, let alone that ATT offers it. I have had the system installed and it worked great for a week - now it hasn't worked for over a month and I can't connect with anyone who can help. If ATT wasn't the only option in my area, I'd have dropped this long ago.

Have you tried out our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool? This tool will diagnose and see where the issue is stemming from. Once there please login for accurate testing and choose >Internet >Slow Browse.

Thank you for responding. Nothing yet in my inbox. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone and have been routed to more than15 different people - only 1 person who even knew what Fixed Wireless Internet was. I have been without service for 6 weeks. Sure would like to get this resolved.
