Find which device use most internet

Hello All,

Is it possible to find which device are using most our internet?

Because our company internet speed drop so much recently,

I would like to find out if there is any device using too much internet.

Router Information:

Manufacturer: Pace Plc

Model: 5268AC

I tried to use the "192.168.1.254 Login Admin Router Network" and could not understand the page I found.

In "Application Statistics" there are some '"Upstream Kbps Downstream Kbps" but for most usage device is only 120 downstream kbps , which is not much?

The Router uses about 700 upstream kbps and 300 downstream kbps, is this normal?

Hi, @peterjohnson0228.

We are here to help.

There are two options that we have for you so you can get some information on how much data some of your devices are using.

The first option that we have, is the Smart Home Manager App. This app tells you all you need to know about your network. It has diagnostic checks as well as data usage calculations.

The second option that we have, is the MyATT App. This app is more account specific, but you can still check out the information that you need to know about your network.

Let us know if this helps.
