I am posting this to say how bad having my email account thru AT&T is. I was having trouble logging in, using a password I've used regularly. So I tried clicking on "forgot my password". It just sent me to a blank screen. I tried going to the AT&T website. Tried getting help thru chat but you just get an automated response. Theres no phone number on at&t's website to call for live help so I looked up on google for an at&t customer service phone number, and got one but you're on hold for an extremely long time. I finally retried the password I've been using again and got thru, so there was n problem with my password except on att's end. I hate att, I hate yahoo. I am gonna have to see about creating a new email account with some other entity, but I'm hesitant because I've used att for so long, but att support for help with email issues is AWFUL, THE WORST.
