Found a recent post with a different link that works:
To control the settings go to https://cmp.att.com/cmpportal/ logon to your Internet account and click on DNS Error Assist.
(When I did that, I initially got an error pop-up saying 'we are having trouble doing it at this time, try later' but when I refreshed, the setting had changed from "yes" to "no").
