COVID-19 Overage waived until September 30th?

Is this correct? https://about.att.com/newsroom/2020/unlimited_data.html

I have Internet 24. Does this apply to me?

In my account, I see I went over the 1 TB data limit. Will AT&T waive the overage at the time of billing?

That is an official page of theirs. If the information on the page doesn't answer your question, hopefully one of their employees (off-the-clock) could chime in with a clarification. Otherwise you might need to call them for more details.

In addition to their news pages, here is their general Covid reference page.

Thanks. I do believe what the official page says is correct, but I'm curious why my usage page still shows an overage. Hopefully an employee can answer my other question:

So I called AT&T and both people whom I talked to had no idea this was even a thing. Hopefully, someone more knowledgeable can chime in on this tread.

Update.

I talked to two (more knowledgeable) AT&T people and they confirmed that data overages are waived for both Fiber and Internet.
