What is the best e-mail address or website to submit my complaint to At&t regarding customer service and billing? I have a very unpleasant experience today while chatting online with a rep regarding my internet plan and billing. Instead of answering my question she tried to upsell and signed off before we were finished with our conversation.

Please send a PM to ATT Customer Care. Expect a reply back in 1-3 business days. Include a link to this thread, your account number, real name, and any other critical information that you may have, such as the time of the call, number you dialed (there are several) and, if you remember it, the agent's ID number. If you don't remember the number or have the agent's ID number, that's fine.


When you get a reply, the blue envelope will display the number "1" next to it.
