Can't take copyright infringement tutorial
I was sent a notice that I needed to take an educational tutorial for copyright infringement for downloading a show. That is fine, except I spent all 5 days before the date i needed to trying to log onto the site. Similar to the many other frustrated users who were not able to complete this either, I kept getting a ID not authorized error or a page not found error. Both of those issues only come form AT&T's side. I went through all there troubleshooting steps, have spoken with AT&T care customer service reps on the phone for a total of several hours, and was not able to do anything.
Meanwhile, the internet at my home has been disrupted, even though I have been paying my bill in full every month including just recently a few days ago. I now am being told i have to be sent a paper version of this tutorial to fill out, which I would assume will take more than week to receive, fill out and send back, and meanwhile my internet is disrupted the entire time.
Your company AT&T is officially cheating me, not providing adequate customer service in any way, this entire process is a joke and completely unfair.
