My phone, internet and TV service went out on December 23. Although the phone service came back on December 26, I am into day 5 with no TV and no internet. Technical support confirms there is a DSL outage in my area but cannot provide me with an explanation of the problem or when it might be resolved. I need the internet to work from home, as does my college student. I would like some explanation of what the problem is, when service will be restored, a credit on my bill to cover the duration of the outage, and someone to take ownership of the situation and respond with some sense of urgency.
