Broadband blinks green and then red

The broadband light blinks green (for about 5 seconds) about twice a minute and then goes back to a solid red light.

We have no WiFi.

If you've rebooted the gateway with no success, call CS 1-800-288-2020.  They can run tests.

If it is determined that you need a new gateway, one can be sent for a self-install.  You have 60 days to return the old one via UPS/FedEx.  Instructions will be emailed to you.

You probably have Internet 50 or higher, using a bonded pair connection (2 pairs of wires). One of those wire pairs has a broken connection, causing your gateway to still get some signal- just not enough to maintain sync. This will take a tech call to resolve, so call the tech support number provided by @skeeterintexas above.
