What are the mail server identifications needed to use Bellsouth email on a mail client like outlook or the generic windows mail/calendar client?

Hello @jackdellinger let’s get your clients working.

While we work on getting this issue resolved you can always access your email at

AT&T has recently updated our security measures for emails, if you are using an app to access your email you will have to use OAuth or create a secure mail key.

You mentioned that you were using Outlook which is Non-OAuth compatible. With that being the case you’ll have to create a special code called a secure mail key. You’ll use this secure mail key instead of your AT&T password when you set up an email app.

We hope this helps @jackdellinger, please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
