Downloaded the Fox News app and error advising my provider won’t allow.

In addition to your U-verse TV services, do you also have DirecTV Now services that you use the same ID for? This may sound like an odd question, but it is an important troubleshooting method at this time.

If not, could you provide us with the exact message your app shows you when you try to access it with your U-verse sign in?

I do not have cable or direct tv. The exact message says: your service provider currently doesn’t grant access to this content. Please contact them for more details.

When opening the app does it prompt you to enter any login information?

Also, have you tried restarting your phone in an attempt to access it?

It is the app via my roku. Not my phone. No login information is prompted.
