AT&T Smart Home Manager

I am using the AT&T Smart Home Manager on an IPAD Pro attached to a physical magic keyboard.  The Smart Home Manager application appears to only display in portrait mode and does not rotate to landscape mode.  This makes viewing and typing difficult as the physical keyboard is landscape and the application on the IPAD is in portrait mode. 

 

Can the application be updated to enable better functionality by the end-user?

ATTHelp keeps leaving out a critical word.....APP.  The "Apple Store" is where you buy stuff.  The Apple App Store is where you download the Smart Home Manager and where they want you to put your suggestions for improvements in a review.

I selected the AT&T Smart Home manager to report the issue.  Should I have been under the Apple Smart Keyboard product?
