AT&T is absolutely AWFUL!

It has been over 3 weeks since the initial appointment to install fiber at my new home(says fiber is available in my area).  I am told I will receive an update call in 2-3 days I never do. When I reach out they say it is being worked on but still not working. Middle of June and I am being told my next appointment is scheduled for May 24th. I never receive the calls I am supposed to and when I reach out for an update I hear the same response with a pushed out completion date.
